Experimenting with light, colour and indoor silhouettes

It's fair to say that I took advantage of the coloured gels that were available to me. I had recently seen the trial scene from The Passion of Joan of Arc. The scene inspired me to capture images of a woman in distress, battling. Something about the air of the character also inspired the more regal poses taken with the pink background.
